CONFIRMATION CALLS

We will text & confirm your service appointment 1-5 business days prior to your appointment date. Please reply "yes" to be confirmed. Understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times to avoid missed appointments & the cancellation fee.

EXTENSIONS

Our staff is trained in the industry's leading extension techniques using top brands. With extensions, our expertly trained stylists can reveal a new you! Anything from Hand-tied weft, I-tips, K-tips and tape-ins the hair of your dreams is just a consolation away. โ€‹

COLOR CORRECTION

All New Clients, Color Corrections, Color Transformations are required to fill out an intake form. The stylist will request an in person consultation  if they feel necessary.  

CANCELLATION

* Your time is precious, so is ours, so let’s help each other make the most of it by following our cancellation Policy.

Haircuttingplus requires a credit card in order to reserve your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule your appointment HCP requires 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the original services booked.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If you are not happy with your results, please call / text your stylist directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks & adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your appointment.

TIMING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Most blonding and transformation appointments take serval hours. If you are unsure of how long your appointment will take, reach out to your stylist for a better understanding.

Our service menu is an A La Carte style menu and all services listed are starting pricing.  Please speak to your stylist directly for an estimated service charge.
